2. •Orders are sent via Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, or Ground shipping.
   

3. •Orders usually require 24 hours to prepare after order is received.
   

4. •Orders are shipped on Mon., Tues., and Wed.
   

5. •Orders placed after Wed. will ship the following Monday.
   

6. •UPS Next Day Air Saver guarantees delivery to you the following day after the order is shipped by 3 PM.
   

7. •UPS 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery to you the second day after the order is shipped by evening.
   

8. •UPS Ground is used for destinations in NY or surrounding areas - VIEW GROUND MAP -
   

9. •This schedule ensures that you will receive your package on time, minimizing delays.
   

10. •Your package will be delivered to your door even if nobody is there to sign for it.
    

11. •We will supply you with a UPS tracking number so that you may know when it should arrive at your door.
    

1. Camellia Foods and UPS are not responsible for late or failed delivery if the shipping information supplied from the customer is incorrect.
   

2. Camellia Foods and UPS are not responsible for packages damaged or delayed due to Acts of God (i.e. Flood, Blizzard, Hurricane, etc.)
   

3. Camellia Foods and UPS are not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after UPS has confirmed it delivered.
